Based in the South of France, Velvet Rose performs across the French Riviera, Monaco and Provence, and travels to Paris and throughout France, Europe and internationally for selected events.
From luxury hospitality and corporate events to destination weddings and private celebrations, the ensemble travels in different configurations, adapting the format to the destination, the venue and the scale of each event.
Built around our signature piano & voice duo, Velvet Rose can expand to trio, quartet and quintet. For destination events, instruments and technical equipment can be hired locally when appropriate, allowing the ensemble to travel efficiently while keeping the same musical identity.
A repertoire that travels
Our repertoire reflects the international character of the events we perform for, bringing together jazz and swing, bossa nova, French and Italian music, soul and international pop.
Songs are regularly performed in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, while selected repertoire in additional languages can be prepared for particular events when appropriate.
At the heart of Velvet Rose is a distinctive French and Italian musical identity — reflecting both our roots and our home on the French Riviera. From iconic French chanson and contemporary French music to Italian classics, jazz, bossa nova and an extensive international repertoire, the music offers international audiences a sense of Mediterranean elegance without being limited to a traditional or nostalgic repertoire.
International Experience
Velvet Rose has performed for international clients and events both in France and abroad.
Recent international engagements include performances at Four Seasons Hotel Prague and Mandarin Oriental Prague, while the ensemble regularly works with international guests, brands and event agencies across the French Riviera and Monaco.
