Velvet Rose performs at luxury hotels, corporate events, weddings and private events across the French Riviera, Monaco, France and internationally. Depending on the occasion, the ensemble can provide live music for cocktails, brunches, dinners, receptions, galas or different moments throughout an event.

Velvet Rose’s signature line-up is the piano & voice duo. Depending on the project, the ensemble can also perform as a trio, quartet or quintet. The trio generally adds double bass or electric bass to the duo, while the quartet also includes drums. For the quintet, the line-up can be expanded with saxophone, guitar, clarinet or accordion, depending on the musical style and character of the event.

Velvet Rose also offers solo piano, particularly suited to occasions where discreet instrumental music is preferred without vocals.

Yes. Velvet Rose’s repertoire spans a wide range of musical styles, including jazz and swing standards, bossa nova, French and Italian songs, soul, funk, rock ’n’ roll and international pop, from timeless classics to contemporary favourites.

Depending on the project, these different styles can be combined throughout an event or, alternatively, the entire repertoire can be shaped around a particular musical aesthetic, in line with the client’s vision.

Yes. Velvet Rose is happy to prepare one or more songs especially for an event, provided they can be adapted to the chosen line-up and musical style.

Each event is prepared in advance in close consultation with the client, agency or venue. Velvet Rose discusses the schedule, the different stages of the event, the musical direction and any specific requests to ensure the music reflects the needs and character of the occasion.

When working with a hotel, agency or production team, artistic and technical aspects are also coordinated directly with the relevant teams.

Yes. Based on the French Riviera, Velvet Rose performs throughout France and internationally. For events abroad, instruments and technical equipment can be arranged locally when required.

The repertoire includes songs in French, English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Songs in other languages can also be prepared for specific projects.
